Limie Lee DuPree was born to Sylvester DuPree Sr. and Annie Mae DuPree as the seventh of thirteen children born into their union.

​

Her musical journey began at the age of five, singing alongside her sisters as part of The Starlight Singers under the guidance and supervision of her father, Sylvester DuPree Sr. From an early age, her gift was carefully nurtured and developed through continued participation in school choirs, church choirs, and formal vocal training at University of Toledo.

As a soloist and worship leader, Limie’s ministry continued to flourish. She was appointed Praise and Worship Leader under the leadership of Pastors Tony Scott and Shirley Scott in Sylvania. During this season, she had the opportunity to travel internationally with them, including ministry-related trips to Auckland for a Hillsong Church conference, as well as to British Honduras.

Additionally, through the support of her uncle, Limie was given the opportunity to minister on the annual telethon at Cornerstone Television Network in Pennsylvania.

Currently, she serves faithfully under the spiritual leadership of Pastor Dr. May E. DuPree as Praise and Worship Leader, walking in both musical excellence and her prophetic calling.
